How far in advance should I book?

As far in advance as possible. The closer you are to the date of your desired party slot, the harder it is to ensure you'll be able to get it. We book up FAST.

I just tried to book a slot, and now it's saying that slot is not available. Why is it saying that?

If you browse time slots and choose one, but do not complete the booking process within a certain amount of time, the system will assume someone is trying to book that slot. Wait 10-15 minutes, refresh, and try again.  It's also always possible someone else is trying to book the same slot at the same time as you.

How much do I owe for the party?

Just $40, with no per-guest minimum. We include 2 two topping pizzas, and you’re free to purchase any additional food you’d like from Gamers Keep Restaurant.

How early can we show up for our party?

We always recommend parties arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their start time. We leave an hour between party slots in order to give buffer time for the prior party to leave, and for us to have ample time to make sure the room is clean and ready for you.

What are we allowed to bring?

You may bring any kind decorations or cake that you'd like. If you purchase alcohol from Gamers Keep, you must keep the door open during your party.

How late can we stay for our party?

We generally ask that parties try to have things wrapped up by 15 minutes after their party time has ended. This is to ensure that we our staff has time to clean up and have things ready to go for the next party that comes in after yours.
